Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage and choose your role — Small Business Owner or Creator. Sign up with your email or Google account.
What's the difference between a Business and Creator account?
Business accounts create and fund campaigns to promote their products or services. Creator accounts connect their social media channels and participate in campaigns to earn money.
How do I set up my creator profile?
After signing up as a creator, you'll be guided through onboarding: link your social accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), add your bio, location, and content niches.
Linking Social Accounts
Which platforms can I connect?
You can currently connect YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. We use official OAuth integrations so we never see your passwords.
Why do I need to connect my social accounts?
Connecting your accounts lets us verify your audience, track campaign performance metrics, and match you with relevant brand opportunities.
Can I disconnect a linked account?
Yes. Go to your Profile or Onboarding page and click "Unlink" next to any connected account. This immediately revokes our access.
Instagram says I need a Creator or Business account?
Instagram's API only works with professional accounts. You can switch for free in seconds: Instagram Settings > Account type and tools > Switch to professional account > Creator.
Campaigns
How do campaigns work?
Businesses create campaigns with a budget and reach target. Our matching engine connects them with relevant creators. Once matched, creators publish content and earn based on actual performance.
How is my payout calculated?
Payouts are performance-based: payout = min(actual_views / reach_target, 1.0) x budget. If you hit the reach target, you earn the full budget. If you reach 50% of the target, you earn 50% of the budget.
What is the performance window?
After you publish your content, there's a fixed measurement period (typically 7 days) during which we track performance metrics to calculate your payout.
Account & Security
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at [email protected] to request account deletion. We'll remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure token storage for social platform credentials, and follow industry security best practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
